60-Day Returns - Your Satisfaction is Guaranteed

We proudly stand behind every product we sell, committed to ensuring your satisfaction with a positive shopping experience. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 60 days of receipt. Please note that certain conditions apply, and not all products are eligible for return. Returns will not be accepted after 60 days; therefore, we advise inspecting all products upon delivery. Please read our detailed policy below.

Returns

If your purchase does not meet your expectations, please contact us(info@lampselected.com) to initiate a return within 60 days of the delivery date, accompanied by proof of purchase.

Customized orders, items that have been installed, and those damaged and no longer in their original packaging are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Before returning the item, kindly provide photographs showing the condition of both the product and its packaging. Upon approval, we will furnish you with a return address within 2 working days.

Upon receipt, please ensure the return label is affixed to the package. Upon our receipt of the returned item(s), a full refund will be promptly issued through the original payment method. Please note that additional shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds will be initiated within two days of receiving the return tracking number, and the amount is expected to be credited back to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.

We maintain warehouses worldwide for return processing; however, not all regions or countries are eligible for returns. Our distribution locations include:

Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Japan, Spain, United Kingdom, United States.

Exchanges

Should you wish to exchange your purchase, please contact us within 60 days of the delivery date with proof of purchase. Return the item(s) to our warehouse, and we will promptly send a replacement at no additional cost.

Return Fees

You are responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases of manufacturer defects or transit damage.

2-year Warranty

Each LS item is backed by a comprehensive 2-year warranty, safeguarding against color fading and factory defects. Please note, the warranty does not cover altered items, products exposed to extreme weather conditions, improper installation, or misuse. Bulbs are not covered under any specific warranty period.
