Where do we ship from?
Our offices are located in the United States, with manufacturing facilities based inChina. So all products will be manufactured and packaged in China, and then shipped to different countries and regions via different shipping methods.

Processing Time

The processing time for orders varies depending on the products you order. It can be as short as 5 working days, while larger chandeliers may take around 30 working days. You can inquire with us to get the processing time for each item. Contact Us.

How to Track Your Order

After payment is approved and your shipment leaves our warehouse, your shipping confirmation email will contain an order number that you can use to monitor your shipment until it arrives at your door. You can also track your order via the carrier's shipping tracking system.

Post Office Boxes

We regret to inform you that we are unable to ship to any PO Box addresses.

Sea Freight(door to door)

For products with oversized dimensions, we utilize sea freight for transportation. Customers still have the option to contact us and select faster shipping methods by paying an additional fee. You can check the shipping method for each product on its respective details page.

Sea freight times generally vary depending on the destination:

 

· Australia: 25-30 working days
· USA: 25-30 working days
· Europe: 30-35 working days

Import tariffs

Each customer is responsible for the import duties associated with their order. Import duties vary by country and region, and specific local charging standards apply. Once the package reaches customs, they will contact you to collect the corresponding import duties to release the goods.
